Useful things to include
- If a tool got it wrong: roughly when you ran it and what the photo was like — busy background, fine hair, glass, motion blur. We cannot look up your photo (we do not keep it), so a description is what we have to go on. Attaching the photo helps if you are comfortable doing that.
- If something is broken: the page, your browser, and what you expected to happen.
- If you want a tool sooner: say which one. The order the tools in progress ship in is not fixed, and demand moves it.
What we cannot do
Recover a result you did not download. Nothing is stored — once the tab is closed the result is gone, which is the trade that comes with keeping no copies.
