The service

phai.tools provides browser-based photo tools. They are offered as they are, free of charge, with no uptime guarantee. We may change or withdraw a tool.

Your photos stay yours

You keep every right you had in a photo you upload. We claim no licence to it beyond the technical permission needed to process that one job and return the result to you. See the privacy page for what that involves.

What you may upload

You confirm that you have the right to edit the photo you upload. Do not use this service to:

• process images you have no right to, including removing a watermark from someone else's work;
• create sexual imagery of anyone, or any imagery of a minor that is sexual in nature;
• produce material intended to deceive people about a real person's conduct — fake evidence, fabricated documents, impersonation;
• harass, defame or endanger anyone.

We rate-limit by IP address and may block clients that abuse the service or attempt to automate it at scale.

No warranty

Results are produced by a machine-learning model and will sometimes be wrong. Check any result before you rely on it. We are not liable for what a result costs you — keep your original.
